Reasons to disrupt the tech community
Traditionally, the betting and gaming industry has been rather slow to innovate with technology. This is where we have seen an opportunity to differentiate ourselves, empowering our teams to think and act like a world-class tech company.
That being said, we can underline two key reasons which stand behind the formation of Happening.
The first one has to do with uniting the tech teams in our organization. At Superbet Group we had a mixture of organically grown teams and company acquisitions. While this has allowed us to move fast and act nimble, we felt it was time to create more unity around a common culture, while also developing harmonized ways of working.
Happening has been created based on the input of our people, to take the best elements from each of our legacy teams and bring them forward into something new. An exciting chapter that all our tech people can get behind.
The second but equally important reason has to do with attracting talent. To achieve our ambitions, it’s essential that we can attract, retain and scale our technology teams as needed.
